⚠️3rd of July Traffic⚠️
As a reminder to all, the Town of Colonial Beach will be having it's annual fireworks on July 3, 2026 at approximately 9:00pm. We advise all residents and attendees to plan ahead for increased traffic volumes after the conclusion of the fireworks. Below is the planned traffic routes after the festivities have concluded.

Traffic leaving the Wilder Lot will be detoured through N. Irving to Boundary St. The 100BLK of Lossing, Marshall, and Bancroft will be closed for all traffic leaving town, but Bancroft will remain open for local traffic to their residences. Traffic from Monroe Bay Ave and Washington Ave will be diverted North to Colonial Ave with a detour option through to the numbered streets.

Please note parking in front of the pier on July 3rd will be prohibited for the safety and security of the firework staff and Fire Department personnel.

As a reminder a heat wave will be approaching, please stay hydrated. We hope everyone has a safe, enjoyable, and responsible 4th of July weekend celebrating America's 250th.
