Some action last night with some chopped brisket tacos with cotija cheese, fresh lime, cilantro and some BBQ sauce. Good use of some leftover brisket!

Did this whole meal over the fire on the kettle! Pork chops, diced potatoes and garlic string beans. Gotta show the sides some love too!
