I just wanted to let everyone know, we are starting a new Electronic Health record software today! So if you have an appointment over the next few weeks, you will get some additional reminders and surveys via text message 2 hours before your appointments. We appreciate your understanding while we make this transition!

Complete Spine and Performance will be closed Monday morning 1/6, but will re-open at 2 PM. If you have a morning appt Dr. Reed will be reaching out shortly
