There’s a lot that goes into how a cookie turns out—ingredients, temperature, even the humidity. We’re not pros, but we’ve learned a lot along the way.

For some reason the chocolate chip cookies seem to be the most sensitive. We joke that if you look at the dough wrong, the cookies won’t turn out how they’re supposed to. So, if you get an ugly cookie, blame it on the weather. 😬🍪
