Working with AI can feel a lot like training a brilliant but very literal junior servant. Especially when these tools begin to touch our relationships, they require intentionality, integrity, and skill. In many ways, these are the same capacities that underpin strong dynamics in authority exchange relationships.

This intensive offers a grounded, practical look at AI and other emerging technologies, starting with what they are, what they do well vs. where they fall short (without any hype), and how they are already shaping the world around us. We’ll explore how these tools can support service, structure, communication, skill-building, and even the ahem spicier aspects of our dynamics, without replacing human judgment or watering down interpersonal connection. We will also engage with important concerns and critiques of these technologies.

Parts of this session will be hands-on. Bring a laptop or tablet, and you will be invited to experiment directly with guided prompts and your own real-world scenarios. Open to all experience levels, from AI-skeptical to AI-enabled, this session explores how these tools might fit into your life and your dynamic. No technical background required.

M/s and Trauma/PTSD Intensive

We are all born into nonconsensual power dynamics, and if those left scars on us, we can react badly when chosen power dynamics remind us of those past traumas. We all come to the table with a life history of many experiences, and if some of those were horrific, it's going to come up when we enter into these very intimate and sometimes triggering dynamics. This intensive discusses what to do when one or both partners in a power dynamic relationship have a history of PTSD or C-PTSD. We'll discuss how PTSD works, the many ways it can surface in a power dynamic on either side of the slash, and what can be done to create a supportive space for all involved.

Because of the intimate nature of these issues, we are limiting this intensive to 12 couples (or triples). Confidentiality is required regarding all personal information that comes up. Discussing the details of your personal life history is not required - all sharing is optional - but be warned that triggering information may come up in this class, and be prepared to handle your own self-care if necessary.

Presenter - Sir Bradford

Sir Bradford is a q***r transman of color. He is the Owner and husband of Pixie Cat, residing in Maryland. Sir Bradford is the Head of House of Kreatures and spends his time reading, hiking, working on computers, and adventuring out into new things at home, at work, and in his kinky life. He and his girl have pledged to help the community and specifically, in making a safe space for everyone who needs one through Their House of Kreatures. Their goal is to allow the growing generation a safe-haven to find out who they are and what path is meant for them, while having a family. Usually, he’s rocking his Batman and Joker, sometimes out in the wild causing mischief. Sir Bradford held the title of Mr. SouthEast LeatherFest 2018. He can be found making bad dad jokes at events while volunteering and keeping everyone laughing. A member of Ho**er & Boys Ministries, Sir Bradford continues to serve the community through various service projects and events.
