If something’s a red flag, outdated, overpriced, or not in your best interest—I’m telling you exactly that. Honesty first, always.
3️⃣ Rush you into a decision you’re not ready for.
Your timeline matters. I guide, support, and advise… but you set the pace. No pressure tactics here.
4️⃣ Ignore the details that matter to you.
Whether it’s the neighborhood, the light, the layout, or the budget—I pay attention to what you care about and tailor everything around that.
5️⃣ Treat you like “just another client.”
You’re a real person with real goals, and I show up that way. This isn’t a transaction—it’s a relationship, and I treat it as such.
