Unity Group was founded in 2012 as the result of two merging businesses. The dedicated owners have been running homes and learning all they can about providing care for over sixteen years and look forward to serving the area for many years to come.

We have five residential home settings within Branch and Calhoun counties. We are looking to fill several openings for full or part-time Direct Care Workers with people who are problem-solvers with good morale character and a willingness to help our organization revitalize the way we provide services.

What does the job consist of?

In this role you would be assisting residents with light cooking, cleaning, medication administration, transporting clients to appointments or community outings, assisting with activities, providing guidance for them to become more independent through their personal care and community living supports, and ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Our staff to client ratio provides typically 2-3 staff to 6 clients in each home.

Come join the UG team! We are looking for people in both the Union City and Coldwater areas, especially for 2nd (4pm-12am) and 3rd (12am-8am) shifts.
