Just 7 more weeks until Election Day and every day is more important than the last. I cannot wait to spend the next few weeks traveling the district and visiting with everyone!

Today we remember all of those who lost their lives in the devastating 9/11 terrorist attacks and also honor every person who risked their lives.

I believe that we all have much more in common than not and we can overcome any obstacle when we work together. These historic events, like 9/11, are horrible tragedies and traumatic experiences for all of us across the country, but they offer a sense of unity that allows us to come together and get real work done. Let us not wait for the next national disaster to start moving forward together.
