1 stick Unsalted Butter (, softened (110g))
Zest of 1 Lemon
1-2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Dill

1 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
1/2 cup heavy cream (or half & half)
