What happens when you're SO qualified that your website actually intimidates people?

I just worked with Deb, who has a Master's in functional medicine, genetic testing certification, nutritional specialist credentials... the list goes on. She's launching Rebranding Aging for You to help people live younger, longer.

But here's the thing. When she explained her nine hallmarks of aging approach using terms like "cellular senescence," even I (who works with experts all the time) got a little overwhelmed.

Her challenge wasn't lacking knowledge. it was having TOO much and not knowing how to package it for real people with real problems.

We designed her website around three simple pathways instead of cramming all her expertise onto one confusing homepage. Now visitors can choose their own adventure based on where they are in their journey.

The lesson? Sometimes the smartest thing you can do is simplify. Your expertise should clarify how you help people, not complicate their decision to work with you.

Being brilliant is only valuable if people can understand and connect with that brilliance.
