Hey everyone, we are so sorry for the delay in posting. A LOT of changes have happened with the babies and mom and we have had our hands full.
The puppies are now 3 1/2 weeks old and have surpassed every milestone marker.
All eyes are fully open, all have a lot of top teeth and some have bottom ones. They are not only walking but starting to wobbly run. They have also had their first front nail trim.
We began a slurry mix of ground of dog food and milk replacer at 2 1/2 weeks. We only started them this early because mom (Jyra) developed Mastitis with a bacterial infection which required antibiotics and her to be away from them for good. Basically this means we are feeding around the clock. However all are thriving thus far. Stay tuned for videos and updates please!

Good afternoon everyone. I wanted to give you an update on the puppies.We originally had 11 puppies born and have unfortunately we have lost 2.
The sad, but honest truth of having puppies is that there is a chance of a 20-30% mortality rate in the first three weeks of life.
The picture attached to this post shows the one with the orange collar we lost.
This far the others are rapidly gaining weight and meeting milestones which is exciting!
