Front yard update, 2023. We always love a good before and after!

We are so excited for our clients in Portland, OR who received approval for their Domino ADU project today! This is a fun rendition of the Domino with a shed roof, high windows for bright natural light and exposed polished concrete floor. All designed for ADA accessibility in a small, efficient package.

Views through the valley brought into the open living space, and the refined character or pacific modern is expressed through material applications and exposed structure. We want to spotlight a few of our partners that help us achieve success on projects. Today we want to celebrate some progress on our latest project in Eugene.

A big thank you to for kicking things off with demolition to make way for a new bedroom suite and laundry space in this historic cottage. Remodels like this take care, patience, and a team that understands how to work within existing homes. That is exactly what they bring.

Nate and Christina are a pleasure to collaborate with. They approach projects with a true can-do attitude and consistently look for practical solutions that help meet client goals and make great design possible. That kind of mindset makes a big difference when navigating the realities of remodeling older homes.

They also bring valuable experience working on remodels throughout this neighborhood, which helps projects move smoothly and respectfully within the context of these classic Eugene homes. Looking forward to many more collaborations ahead as this project continues to take shape!
