Another win. I tested a new theory for my client. He now ranks #1 for ac maintenance organically. The page was only made yesterday. It was not even on the 1st-3rd page. Now its rank #1. Just notified them and they are very happy this happened before the summer hits.

Context: I don't do backlink strats etc. I just mainly focus on main page and internal linking. Working on relevance and focusing more on UIX ended up working perfect.

Oo spicey! Google is going to publicly post on your gmb profile if you are suspected of fake reviews. This is a good thing as well a bad thing now for those shady competitors.

Another great result for my client in a competitive area (San Antonio). Their previous page was very generic. With some editing and GMB updates, the results show. Still got more work to do but many more great results to come.

SGE Optimization is going to be the thing that takes off. Already have plans for it and saw some results through testing.

The had used a well known company in our industry for 2.5 years and never saw results with them. Frustrated he reached out to me and I was able to tell him some of the problems his agency was doing wrong (more like doing nothing). After finding out about this he had reached out to them and was told to pay more money to be *more competitive

Michael ended up hiring me and quickly I took over optimizing his GMB and his website. There was a lot of problems with his website and I was able to show him with examples of what I was doing each week and my game-plan.

Last month he had told me he had his 🫰HIGHEST call volume in HISTORY!!!🫰 and this was all coming from his organic Google My Business page after my website and GMB optimizations. It has been awesome journey to work with Michael, yet I still pick on him to do this or that but progress is going smooth.

We also ended planning on redesigning his website this month because the previous company was using a lot of plugins and poorly designed theme builder. Now his site will be running much faster and looking more modern.

Most people thing the SEO game is hard but realistically all I did for this client was fixing technical issues and removing walls of text from his pages, and fixing his google my business page. If done right you will see the results.

I always tell my clients to focus on GMB and Organic before using paid ads etc. I was also able to help him better understand and track his lead sources. May more success to come for my client!
