Spent the weekend as teaching assistant for Dr. Jared Cooper. It was a highlight and an affirmation to my life and work: we are barking up the right tree and things are shifting in the bodywork experience and field. A more dynamic engagement with empathetic touch backed by science and full of spirit!

I have three classes this summer just posted and already filling up fast!

Just a reminder that you might be using the right tools the wrong way. Sometimes to solve an issue, we must get creative and repurpose that which is “normal” to make sense in our situation.

Rehabbing my knee from injury these past couple months has given me the opportunity to practice the essence of MDRT in the real world and apply it to body mechanics and positions to carry on pain-free!
