Krista will be taking over my Monday class called Energizing morning yoga! 9am-10:15am

This will be 75 mins and may challenge your core, balance, and invite you to deepen your practice and have fun 🤩 Krista is an Art teacher so this class will only be available the next 4 weeks, along with weekends in the future 🌸 We would also love to do an Art Retreat in the fall 🦋 Stay tuned for dates 🦋Love seeing my team growing!!!

For more than a decade, Krista has been dedicated to a journey with yoga, a journey that has taken her through sacred landscapes, from timeless Egypt to vibrant Mexico, and has blessed her with the opportunity to gather wisdom from amazing yoga teachers around the world.
Rooted in the traditions of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, she later expanded her practice to include Vinyasa Flow and other complementary styles, creating an approach to yoga that is both playful and grounding.
Krista's classes blend mindful movement, creative sequencing, and breath-centered awareness to help you cultivate strength, presence, and ease. She believes that every breath is an invitation to return home to yourself, and she creates a welcoming space to move with curiosity, compassion, and joy.
Her intention is to empower her community to connect with themselves in a nurturing way, and for each student to carry the peace and resilience cultivated on the mat into their daily lives— sending ripples of healing and joy into their lives and communities.
