Life update: got taken to my new fav Korean fried chicken spot near Seattle 🍗

Slow cooked short rib in a savory sauce. Torched cheese on top. What else is there to say??🔥🍖🧀

Who knew I’d be able to find classically made Taiwanese food in the middle of DTLA served up in such a beautiful way?? Not me 🙂‍↔️ the minced pork over rice was perfectly tender and the deep fried rice cakes gave such a nice texture along with well balanced seasonings! Meanwhile the pan fried dumplings were bursting with juices and meat too! 😍 I can’t wait to go back.
