🙏🏾 Abba God,

Like Peter, you invite us to step out onto the turbulent waters and into the storm. We hesitate, afraid, unsure that we can navigate the dark rolling waves of injustice, and the winds of cruelty.

Can we see you on the horizon, your hand outstretched, beckoning us to come to you?

Can we trust that you are there, encouraging us and empowering us to continue?

We have read your words, we've heard your voice, we've seen your face in the face of those around us who cry for help. Give us courage to step out onto the water and into the storm, & walk boldly, keeping you within our sight. Amen
