Happy 4th of July!

A few years ago, PCM had the privilege of completing an extensive renovation of a beautiful historic home in Westport dating back to the early 1800s. 🏡

This incredible property was thoughtfully transformed into 6 individual apartments along with a welcoming shared common space for all residents to enjoy. From top to bottom, the home underwent major upgrades, including a brand-new roof, a stunning new deck, updated kitchen, fully renovated bathrooms, refreshed bedrooms in every unit, and so much more.

Preserving the character and charm of a historic home while bringing it up to modern standards is always a rewarding challenge. We're proud to have helped give this property a new chapter while honoring its rich history. 🙌

Spring is in full bloom, and so is progress in Vernon!

We’re excited to share that paving has officially begun, and the final exterior touches are coming together beautifully. The anticipation is building as Vernon prepares for the grand opening of its brand-new indoor pickleball courts at the Vernon Senior Center! 🏓🎉

This project is all about community, connection, and staying active—and we couldn’t be more proud to be part of it. PCM is incredibly grateful to have partnered with the Town of Vernon to help bring this amazing space to life.
