Shoppers at both markets can enjoy a taste of Mississippi blueberries, the state fruit, through a variety of blueberry-inspired products offered by local farmers and vendors.

As we continue celebrating 250 years of the United States, here’s another interesting piece of American history:

Did you know? The United States Capitol building has been expanded multiple times since construction began in 1793. One of the most famous additions is the cast-iron dome, completed during the Civil War in the 1860s, a powerful symbol of unity during one of the nation’s most divided times.

Today, the Capitol remains a symbol of American democracy and the enduring strength of our government.
