Working with new teachers on this Saturday to explore number talks. Everyone is getting a chance to facilitate a number talk in their small group.

Kathy Hribar completed her Math Recovery Specialist capstone in the spring. As a Math Coach for Warren Woods Public Schools, Kathy connects her knowledge of early math concepts with a passion for children’s learning to build a system to support the adults in her district. Congratulations Kathy!

Congratulations to Michelle Deaton from Westwood Elementary in Warren Woods Public Schools who completed her Math Recovery Capstone today! Her journey began in 2017 when she was one of the first special educators in Macomb County to take Add+Vantage Math Recovery. Michelle’s commitment to lifelong learning shined in her presentation today.
