Face Addiction Now is seeking a full-time Call Center Intake Specialist to answer the Hope Not Handcuffs Hope Line and help connect individuals and families affected by substance use disorder with support, treatment, and recovery resources.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to helping others. This position includes competitive benefits, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
