Hey everyone! Its Friday! The Pizza Project is making Calzones first thing in the morning. Supplies are limited! The final product is amazing! If you're in the area, and are interested, please send me a message. They're $10 a pop and come with any toppings you desire. Popular toppings include pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, bacon bits, ham, pineapple, Italian sausage, etc. If interested, please let me know by tonight (5/19) at the latest. Hello all and HAPPY HUMP DAY! I'm working on making sourdough calzones this weekend fresh! I make them fresh to order, and you take them home and freeze them for up to 3 months, or pop them in your oven and enjoy!!! They are $10 a piece. They're fairly large as well, so come hungry! They typically are stuffed with sauce and cheese. You can add pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon bits, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, or whatever suits your fancy. I'll be churning them out this coming Saturday May 6th. Make sure you request them no later than Friday evening with your desired fillings! Thanks for your support and patronage!

Hey all! Warmer weather is coming and we're getting ready to rock and roll! I'm going to be churning out sourdough pizza dough and sourdough calzones as quick as I can. The calzones can be made to order. Dough is $8 for one ball, and $15 for 2. Custom calzones are $10 a piece. I make them fresh and they can be frozen and kept for up to 3 months.
