Let's be the person who breaks the cycle. If we were judged, let's choose understanding. If we were rejected, let's choose acceptance. If we were shammed, let's choose compassion. Let's be the person we needed when we were hurting, not the person who hurt us. Let's vow to be better than what broke us-to heal instead of becoming bitter so we can act from our heart, instead of our pain. Have a Loving Day!
