These are “tacos mulitas”. The shell is made of mini corn tortilla quesadillas wrapped around braised beef machaca and topped with marinated onions and cilantro. These are basically the French dip of the taco world because they are served with a spicy beef consumme for your dunking pleasure. Not gonna lie one of my favorite things I’ve made 💯
