Out on a 375 Air Compressor, compliant of no start and oil pressure code. After diagnostic troubleshooting, found that the unit was missing ground for the SSAM. Cleaned all the grounds and was able to get the unit running, but unit wasn’t discharging air like it should. Turned out the minimum pressure check valve was clogged from moisture and rust. Moral of the story, don’t just fix the problem the customer states, but make sure the unit operates properly so you’re not going back out after you say you fixed it. -Site Equipment Repair

Was definitely Off-Site on this unit. Way back in cut, had put the ole Dakota in 4wd to get to it. Customer working clearing brush then the unit just shut down on em. Diagnosed loose CAN circuit, took a bit but got em back up and running. Ready for the next one! Yall take care.

Ran into one that got me scratching my head. Customer stated unit was running fine then turned off to go do something. When came back, keyed on but no power. Battery tested good, I’ve got power going in and out of ignition. All fuses and relays tested good, hit all the basics off the top of my head. What’s different to me, is this unit has the keyless ignition and passcode protected display. Knew they were out there but haven’t ran into one til now. I’ve got power going to the display as well but still nothing. Looking for any insight. Thanks!
