The Kates Residence Project

The Harris Residence is a 6,500 sq. ft. Craftsman home featuring a 1,500 sq. ft. log cabin guest house. We built this Huntington Valley home from scratch with high attention to detail. For example, for the guest cabin, we hand selected logs in Vermont for the perfect log cabin feel. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms, and the log cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Other custom features of the homes include stone patios, wide plank distressed pine flooring, and fully customized kitchens.

Chelm Residence

This residence is a custom home project we are currently working on in Sterling Lakes, a gated upscale community in Pepper Pike. We are working side by side with the project's architect to create their dream home, a 4,500 sq. ft. Colorado Contemporary home featuring:

3 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms
Customized kitchens and cabinets
Custom bathrooms
Private brewery
Study
