4.5 years after I started ATO, you reached out to see if we could meet for coffee to talk about your interest in organizing & the potential of coming to work for me. After several meetings, we both took what I can only call ‘a leap of faith,’ and 5 years later, here we are.

It has become hard to remember the B.S. (before Sara) era as you have not only been my right hand (and now left shoulder), but a true gift to me, the team, and our clients.

THANK YOU for seeing my vision in 2017 and for making the bold choice to leave an established career in teaching to be a part of this company. I am forever grateful for your grace and your grit as you’ve grown, forced me to grow, and for the ways in which you’ve contributed to ATO’s growth these last few years. Thank you for being in my corner through the harder weeks and most of all, thank you for your friendship.

May we continue to always find the humor in the blood, sweat, and tears (dumpsters, car lunches, and 10 pm tours).

Out of the office…and taking some much needed time to rest, recharge, and climb a mountain.

To keep it real, running a small business can feel all consuming sometimes. Thanks for pushing me to step away to celebrate…and breathe. Not to mention pulling this trip together at the 11th hour.

Thank you for covering our clients this week and for keeping the wheels turning and to for dropping all client product prep to literally get us out the door in time.

This summer was a doozy...but a great one!
