Meet Megan 🤍

Co-owner, instructor, and one of the people who makes Sculpt feel like home.

Megan discovered Pilates in 2012 after years of classical ballet training and quickly fell in love with the way it combines strength, mobility, and flexibility. Today, she’s known for creating athletic, creative flows that challenge you in all the best ways.

✨ Fun fact: her favorite Pilates move is Hug a Tree!! She loves the resistance of the straps and any upper-body work that leaves you feeling strong.

When she’s not at the studio, you’ll find her sipping matcha, trying a new coffee shop, working on her boxing technique, or attending a concert with her husband.
