ORBA brings together builders, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, real estate professionals, and industry partners to strengthen relationships, provide education, advocate for responsible growth, and keep our members informed on issues that impact housing and construction.

The ORBA Board of Directors recently had the opportunity to meet with Senator Adam Lowe, Representative Kevin R***r, and Mayor Gary Davis for an important conversation about issues impacting the building industry in our region.

Senator Lowe shared insight into recent legislation and how decisions made at the state level can directly affect builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, property owners, and ultimately the families and communities we serve.

One of ORBA’s most important roles is advocacy. Building strong relationships with our local and state leaders allows us to stay informed, ask questions, share real-world concerns from our members, and help ensure the voice of the building industry is heard when policies are being discussed.

The building industry plays a major role in economic growth, workforce development, housing availability, infrastructure needs, and the overall quality of life in our community. When ORBA is at the table, we are not just representing builders — we are representing jobs, small businesses, homeowners, future homebuyers, and responsible growth.

We appreciate Senator Lowe, Representative R***r, and Mayor Davis for taking the time to meet with us and for recognizing the importance of open communication with the professionals who are working every day to build and strengthen our community. Home Builders Association of Tennessee Senator J. Adam Lowe, Tennessee District 1 Kevin R***r Gary Davis - Bradley County Mayor
