Meet the newest member of the Full Out family — Tracey Silverman 💫

From the era of no-sparkle leotards and idolizing Nadia Comaneci… to walking on at the University of Illinois and finishing her career as Team Captain… Tracey’s gymnastics story has truly come full circle.

Years later, she found herself on the other side of the process, guiding her own son through his NCAA recruiting journey and watching him compete at the collegiate level.

Now, she brings that lived experience, along with a background in leadership, strategy, and mentorship, to the athletes and families we serve every day.

Tracey knows firsthand what it means to navigate the recruiting process as both athlete and parent as well as support student-athletes with clarity, confidence, and heart.

When she’s not talking recruiting, you’ll find her hiking with her Border Collie Buddy, snowboarding, cooking, or traveling to visit her two sons in college.

We are so excited for you to meet Tracey and experience the passion she brings back to the sport she’s always loved.
