Mental health is a journey many face, especially for those living with HIV. Ahmed knows this all too well. After his diagnosis in 2016, he experienced the heavy toll it took on his mental health. But instead of letting it define him, Ahmed became an advocate in Germany, building a strong community and support network. 💪✨
