Mark your calendars! Cleveland History Days returns June 18-28!

Death is a topic few want to talk about and yet, everyone seems to have questions. During Buried History Days, head to Lake View Cemetery for a free conversation with experts from the deathcare industry as we explore different cultural customs and beliefs surrounding life’s final act.

As part of Buried History Days Slavic Village Historical Society is a walking tour of historic Harvard Grove Cemetery on Oct. 25. This is the resting place of some of Newburgh's earliest settlers as well several Revolutionary War soldiers. Learn why its earliest burials came from another cemetery. It contains but a single mausoleum decorated with a chain motif.

THIS PROGRAM IS CANCELLED- Woodland Cemetery is hosting “Afternoon Stroll Amongst Restless Souls” as part of Buried History Days on OCt. 25 from 2 -4 pm. This 90-minute walking tour visiting the graves of many of Cleveland’s earliest prominent citizens in Woodland Cemetery, including people like Governor John Brough, Lucy Bagby Johnson and many prominent industrialists.

Celebrate Buried History Days at Riverside Cemetery on Oct. 25 at 5 pm with Twilight Tunes & Tombstone Tales. The event features a guided tour, music and food trucks.
