Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Cleveland, TN. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of products a"nd services. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, preparing quotes, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and participating in sales and training meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers
- Sales and negotiation skills for closing deals and meeting sales targets
- Organizational skills for managing leads and sales processes
- Proficiency with sales software and tools
- Customer service skills for providing a positive buying experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction or home improvement industry or Knowledge of granite, marble, quartz, stone, porcelain, and ceramic products is a plus!
