In partnership with Austin Independent School District in Austin, Texas, The NRP Group broke ground on Anita Coy to transform the former education building into a 341-unit mixed-income community. The first homes are expected to begin lease-up in fall 2027. The NRP Group and Brooks celebrated the groundbreaking of Lucia at Brooks, a $72 million, 353-unit apartment community on San Antonio’s Southside. During the event in February, Alicia Sebastian, President, San Antonio ISD Board of Trustees, shared more about how Lucia will impact the local community.
