ABOUT THE JOB:

Your primary role is leading residential installs with pride in both workmanship and function.
This is not an apprentice or helper position, you will be part of a team, and you will run your jobs.

This is a small yet fast growing shop, and being a flexible team player is very important.

YOU MUST
Be able to pass background, MVR, and drug checks
Have 3+ years experience LEADING installs - That's inside & outside units, all wiring, humidifiers, checking the charge, startup, etc.
