Yesterday, we welcomed our newest 𝗥𝗜𝗧 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼-𝗼𝗽 cohort to 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘀 with a team lunch and a look into the people, passion, and innovation that drive our company forward.

What makes this program special isn’t just how long it has existed — it’s the impact it has had over decades.

Many of the engineers, developers, test engineers, and project leaders helping shape Codonics technologies today started right here as co-ops. Over the years, that pipeline of emerging talent has contributed to breakthrough inventions and innovation, long-term product development, and the collaborative culture that continues to define our Engineering organization.

In the operating room, medication safety doesn’t end at administration.

But historically, liquid controlled substance waste has remained one of the least structured parts of the workflow—manual, inconsistent, and difficult to track.

𝗦𝗪𝗦 is designed to address that challenge at the point of care—supporting identification, measurement, assay, and documentation of liquid controlled substance waste as part of the workflow.

Waste is rendered non-retrievable and each event is documented, creating a compliant record that supports visibility, accountability, and required witness processes across perioperative care.

This recognition reflects something important:
