Our quesadilla is back with a new twist! This version is filled with marinated pulled pork, local Wake Robin Fermented Foods carrot escabeche, Middlefield pepper jack cheese, salsa and sour cream. Available every day on our lunch and dinner menus!

Its root vegetable time in Ohio and we are making Carrot Escabeche and Ruby Rubin.
Here are pictures from Dannie Keim's farm in Homerville of carrots and beets still in the ground. Good to know the farmers who grow our veggies!
