According to Mentionlytics, the best time to post on Facebook is on a Tuesday between 12am and 1pm. They also recommend Monday and Wednesday during the same time frame.

I've been having writer's block this week, so I thought I'd give Crowdfire, Social Media Management Tool a shot and check out their curation tools.
