Here are some snapshots from our nature adventure we took during our Reset Retreat a few weekend’s ago. There were lots of laughs had, waterfalls, trees, movement, moments of stillness and a peaceful silent walking meditation. What a special time. Nature adventures and good people make the perfect combination for revitalizing the soul.
