We’re searching for Facebook Ads Specialist as contractors for Radical Reach.

You must have attended at least two Facebook Ads training courses.

You must also run STRATEGIC ads. We don't do boosted posts around here.

Phase 2 applicants will be temporarily hired (and paid). They will need to run real-life campaigns and show us their work results in Ads Manager.

All applicants must have a sales mindset, and they must have experience working in Ads Manager and Business Manager. We don't care about likes or engagement. We do care about sales, leads, and results.

Stay in your PJs.
All work is remote.

We encourage our friends and clients to create videos regularly.

They get more engagement than static images, and videos in ads can be used for retargeting.
