📚 Let's talk about BOOKS! 📚 When I decided to move into the sound healing realm, it was really important for me to immerse myself into the various aspects of sound and metaphysical healing through learning. I wanted to be able to confidently explain what I'm doing without sounding like a crazy person or *woo woo wellness weirdo* lol 👽

I work at a public library, so am constantly surrounded by books and even ordered some that came from all over northeast Ohio. Here are some of the good ones that I've looked through over the last seven months that pertain to my sound healing journey. I'm striving to integrate sound, yoga, color, light, and Chakra balancing through my work and know this is something that takes time and needs to be carefully curated. Some of the slides include pics from these books and others were from a presentation I put together with images from the world wide web.

One thing that I've learned throughout my process is that often metaphysical healing is unknown to people. When promoting my events, the first question I always get asked is "what the heck is a sound bath?!". It's my goal to bring accessible information and immersive experiences to people who need it the most.
