We're proud to have recently designed the new Cuyahoga County Veterans Service Commission headquarters to help "serve those who've served."

Honored to create a welcoming, accessible space that supports veterans and their families.

At the 2026 Celebration of Preservation, DVA Architecture was recognized by AIA Cleveland and the Cleveland Restoration Society for our work on the Dix & Eaton Headquarters, alongside the incredible team who brought the Bulkley Building back to life.

We’re grateful for the recognition and proud to have played a role in such an important project to preserve history in Playhouse Square, America’s second-largest theater district.

Thank you to Whiting-Turner and all of our partners on Dix & Eaton, and a big thank you to the Bulkley Building renovation team for including us: Berardi Partners, WR Restoration, Historic Preservation Group, LLC, Playhouse Square Foundation, John G. Congratulations to Rachel Ritner, NCIDQ, and Sydney Wilson, NCIDQ, for their promotions to Interior Designer III!✨

Rachel has a strong ability to navigate complex programming and deliver elevated user experiences, bringing corporate interiors and hospitality environments to life. Her notable work includes projects with the Cleveland Guardians.

Sydney has made a meaningful impact across key initiatives, advancing the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Primate Forest with thoughtful solutions and coordination, and playing a key role in the CWRU Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Building furniture package.

We’re grateful for the talent, dedication, and energy both Rachel and Sydney bring to our team. Congratulations, you two!

Extra extra!📰✨ The Primate Forest project was highlighted in this morning’s edition of The Plain Dealer, in their feature of the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.

It doesn’t feel real that phase I will be done this summer! To say we’re proud to be working on such a special project with such an awesome team is an understatement.
