One Branding Aspect Most Marketers Ignore
Branding is more than just a logo. It’s more than just design. Branding is how your customers recognize and experience your business.
A brand with strong recognition and a poor experience is like having an attractive dancing partner that doesn’t know how to dance. They might look great, but you won’t be doing any dancing. That’s why cultivating a positive, memorable customer experience is crucial when building a powerful brand. You want your dancing partner to also have a good time!
Can you think of any companies that ignore the experience? And what they could accomplish if they didn’t?

I first read about the concept of a growth mindset last year while reading The MVP Machine. It completely changed the way I think and act. I could not recommend this book or concept enough for entrepreneurs & small business owners.
For some, it will be too much “inside baseball” but if you can get past that, it’s well worth the read. The ideas and concepts will change the way you perceive the world around you.
