Elmo's Adult World

This episode of Elmo's Adult World is about Fairytales. It focuses on the fairytales and/or white-lies parents use to tell their children and how those children, as adults now, realize that life is really hard and not as easy as parents make it seem, i.e. it isn't a fairytale.

It opens with a fairytale album of Elmo where all of his wildest dreams are true, but in reality, life isn't as lavish and fabulous for the average person. The show explains this in the animation it provides and then Elmo takes us through evidence that proves how life isn't a fairytale.
