Biofeedback has a big basis on changing our negative thinking into positive. Which is an amazing way to help relieve stress and have great results on our physical health.

But I have also seen the effects of stress on many who are not receiving love and validation along with up building positivity! We must remember to be balanced with both. Even when we are dealing with our inner thoughts.
