Today I finished listening to a book on Drive and Motivation. It spoke a great deal on research studies that tried to locate the single factor that influences what we do. A very fitting discussion for this blog. To summarize EyeRoll4, it’s a template: I do blank for blank. This past week really was challenging for me at work. How my role was modified was where it was stressful. Things were not the norm and I understand that flexibility is required for any situation, but my ability to adapt was tested. Without getting into the odds and ins, I’ll say that keeping a steady calm mentality was definitely beneficial.
