Giving feedback is part of being a leader - and a team member.

There are plenty of strategies, frameworks and recommendations out there around giving feedback.

Our team found this article with 3 interesting ideas, and wanted to get your... FEEDBACK... on them!
(Go ahead and groan - we know it was a bad pun!)

1. Keep your emotions out of it
2. Let employees influence how / how often they get feedback
3. Be open to different messengers

Now we definitely agree with #1 - strong emotions totally change the atmosphere! #2 is a bit of tricky one when it comes to sustainability - and meeting corporate processes if you're at a big company. #3 seems like it could be an abdication of duty as a leader.
