Cleveland Cooking Club - October 23rd This is a course designed to give home cooks the basics of French cuisine. This course will be at Big Tom's Backyard Grill & Bar from 5-7pm. It will include recipes like Steak au Poivre, Cauliflower au Gratin, Eggs Benedict, Coq au Vin, Boeuf Bourguignon.

Soups and Stocks - 11/13

This course is designed to give home cooks the basics of soup making. It will include recipes such as Leek and Potato Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup/Chicken Pot Pie, French Onion Soup, and Beef Stew. The recipes that will be hands-on in this course are Leek and Potato Soup and Chicken Pot Pie. Fill out the Google Form below and secure your spot with payment.
