First Fit Dance

Y’all… what a year. We’ve danced, laughed, worshiped, cried a few happy tears, and watched SO many of you grow stronger in your bodies and in your confidence. You have no idea how much it means to us that you choose to show up, week after week.

✨ Christmas Break Info
First Fit will be on Christmas break until Monday, January 12th.
There will be no classes until we kick back off on Monday & Thursday nights at 6:00 PM in the new year.

We want to wish each and every beautiful woman who has attended class, invited a friend, shared a post, or prayed for this ministry a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. You are family to us, and we are so grateful God crossed our paths. 🎄✨

To the moms dancing through the chaos of motherhood,
To those still praying and waiting with hope,
To the ones who’ve experienced deep loss but still rise,
To bonus moms, spiritual moms, aunties, and encouragers—
