I got a really sweet surprise this week. Influential Women put together this recognition video, and it stopped me for a second to actually see how far this journey has come.

From flight attendant to founder of DMR Coaching & Consulting. From studying identity and reinvention to writing about it in You Get What You Get. From building a framework (the Luxe Identity Spiral™) to help other women do the same thing I had to learn the hard way.

It's easy to keep your head down and just keep building. This was a good reminder to look up for a second.
